With the 2012 Formula D season about to come to an end with one round left, the tittle is still open for many drivers. The reason why I found this episode interesting is that it talks about an aspec of driting in competition we tend to forget, handling pressure and being in control of your thoughts. Driving well and knowing your car comes in naturally with some time behind the wheel. When competition day comes up, it is very important to have your head in the game. The way I see it is that if you feel nervous and pressure starts kicking in before the qualifiers and battles, then it means you care and it’s important to you. How to handle this and not let it effect the bad outcome of your competiton depends on everyone. A good example of this is talked about in the video by Vaughn Gittin Jr and his terrible 2011 season.
