MovieMonday: Onboard the Yellowbird through the Hell!MovieMonday: Onboard the Yellowbird through the Hell!

All I can say about the clip in advance is that it is so hard on the limit that it’s unreal! I’d like to remember that this is the Ruf ‚Yellowbird‘ CTR-1 a car known to be in a different league than any car in this time. With a weight of just 1170kg and power around the 470bhp mark – RUF did show that the Ferrari F40 and the Porsche 959 is not the climax of 1980s supercars! Btw. Just ABS, no ESP or other helpers involved!

Starting our vintage week, I think we can do a little 80s DTM revival. This isn’t that long ago, but today watching racing in television is just boring, back in the days it was very entertaining and interessting. The DTM from then influenced german car industries during the last decade a lot.
