Hi guys<\/p>\n

As some of you might know I am currently in Australia for vacation and some business stuff.
\nI want to show you some cars which I stumbled upon during my walks and drives through the streets.<\/p>\n

One thing which is pretty unique in the world are the UTE’s here.
\n\"\"
\nThey come as regular carry mules.<\/em><\/p>\n

<\/em>
\n\"\"
\nAs daylies<\/em><\/p>\n

<\/em>
\n\"\"
\nAs viscous muscle cars<\/em><\/p>\n

<\/em>
\n\"\"
\nOr classics<\/em><\/p>\n

<\/em>
\nI am not quite sure but I guess the UTEs got introduced into the market when the Chevy El Camino and Ford Ranchero came out and their relatives out here the Holden (GM) and Ford Australia released something based on them.
\nNowadays they are everywhere and some come with really angry sounding V8’s from the factory.<\/p>\n

Now on to some stuff from Japan.
\nHere the first Skyline I have spotted in Melbourne.
\n\"\"
\n\"\"
\nIt is a R34 GTT with an exhaust, suspension and some wheels.<\/em><\/p>\n

Here I spotted the first R35, close the the harbor bridge in Sydney.
\n\"\"
\nAnd just next to it was sitting this Nissan S15 Silvia
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

Next up was this Soarer in Cairns.
\n\"\"
\nIt is a bit on the blingy side to my taste. Unfortunately a lot of cars are this way out here.<\/em><\/p>\n

A decent WRX
\n\"\"
\nWheel combo reminds me of silverpics GC8 in its winter setup<\/em><\/p>\n

And here a R33 Skyline GTsT
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

And then probably the car I do see the most out here on the streets
\n\"\"
\nIt is unbelievable how many Landcruisers of all ages are out here. If you think about the price tag they do have, this must be a very good market for Toyota. It is also a testament to the toughness of these cars, they usually do 300’000km with no issues.<\/em><\/p>\n

Most cars out here only have very little modifications since laws seem to be very strict when it comes to putting aftermarket parts on your car. I guess I see some more extreme cars as soon as I get to some drift events.
