Photography Friday – Hockenheim ActionPhotography Friday – Hockenheim Action

For this edition of photo friday I would like to show you a few pictures from the „Sport Auto Driftpark“ held at Hockenheim a few weeks ago. Unfortunately I haven’t yet had the time to go through all the pictures and upload a full gallery, but here are a few useful ones I picked out so far:

Our own man Alain Thomet was testing his new crazy exhaust setup, which should get him loads of extra bonus points in the battles!

The boss in full attack mode. This time he didn’t even bother to bring his front bumper. 🙂

Hesse James did his usual perfect drifts all day long. As far as I know his car is almost completely stock!

You will never be in search of a BMW at a german drift event.. many drifters choose them for their reliability.

Nothing wrong about some flying dirt in my opinion..

Although this particular beemer looked very soft it was still constantly sideways at biiig angles!

Finally, something japanese again! 😉

Just to let you drifters know.. I might never see your gestures while shooting, cause I’m way to busy getting good shots.. but I can see EVERYTHING when I go through the pictures, so please behave 😉 (you know who you are.. 😛 )

One of the coolest and smokiest silvias I know, Dimi Patsatzis‘ S13.

The cool Luxemburgian (?) drift wagon, driven by Marc Thill.

In the afternoon I started doing experiments.. this is the best I could get at 1/10 exposure..

Please go to my website to see them in higher resolution. And as soon as I’ve managed to invent the 27-hour day 😛 or maybe before that I will upload more pictures. There’s also a full set at www.donthomaso.ch as Thomas was much faster than I am.. 😉
